Terrible, rude & unprofessional. The medical assistant & Dr. Gunay. My daughter-in-law left in tears because of their mannerism. She was truly hoping for answers & direction & they completely dismissed her. Being a fragile type 1diabetic from the age of 9 yrs old, she was hopeful that she had found a practice that would assist her with her needs. The MA was extreamly dismissive & condescending. Absolutely horrible experience with the medical assistant and Dr. Gunay. My medical concerns were dismissed, and I felt as though I was more of a nuisance with my medical ailments rather than somebody they wanted to help and treat. I left ashamed and embarrassed. I have never in my life felt so small and so Insignificant. I was spoken to so rudely - if only I had the courage to stand up for myself when I was there. Dr Gunay is excellent- she cares about her patients and really takes the time to treat each of us.
Dr Gunay is one of the most kindest, caring person to have for my endocrinologist! She makes sure to give me the proper information & care that I need to stay healthy. If I have any questions or concerns I can be sure to receive a follow up call or appointment asap. I'm so grateful to have her as my endocrinologist. Thank you Dr Gunay
