I purchased 2 wall units from Canalside. The sales staff were very helpful throughout the whole process including organising a good price for delivery. They arrived in perfect condition and on time as promised. I highly recommend Canalside.

Staff are so understanding and generous. I purchased a dining table in July during the EOFY sales expecting our house to be ready to move into by August. However due to building delays we had to delay the delivery and Canalside were very kind in not charging us for storing the table until we were ready. Excellent customer service
Our bedside tables were delivered recently and look fabulous and are great quality. It was very easy to deal with the Canalside team online from regional NSW. The detailed information and process was very straight forward. The furniture courier recommended by Canalside was professional and kept me informed of delivery times. There was no need for me to come up to Alexandria. I would definitely order from Canalside again.
All of the team were most helpful, answered all my questions & provided extra photos. We visited to sit on the chairs, touch the tables and cabinetry and ask even more questions. The ability to negotiate was a pleasant surprise & meant we could get annadditional piece . Now we have our forever dinning room. Only have one major regret: Not finding Canalside Interiors sooner .
