Canales Orthodontics was my second choice and they should have remained just that. The staff was nice during the consultation but was cold at all other visits. My issue was definitely the insurance side and how some months were processed wrong. They never took ownership of miscommunication regarding pricing. My treatment ended early and teeth were excessively shaved down. Also the front desk lady was rude and not welcoming.
