Dropped off a brand new cub cadet zero turn mower i bought from tractor supply. Robert went sbove and beyond to get the mower registered and the warranty work done. Turnsout the mower had a stuck piston which bent the push rod. Robert got everything fixed as quick as cub cadet sent him the parts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Canal Tools and Equipment for any repairs or services you have.
Called to get my Cub Cadet zero turn lawnmower repaired(won't start). Robert answered the phone and provide music to my ears. He showed up to my house, picked up my mower and fixed in a day and then returned it by evening. Outstanding customer service. Thank you very much Robert, you sure set a good example of warranty repair. Keep it up.
