Rude HOA with mis-leading info for Collonnade Point. 1) it is not a smoke-free property as mentioned on some sites. People regularly smoke weed, with the overpowering stench making its way into every adjacent apartment making it impossible to keep windows open even in hot weather! 2) they advertise this as a pet-free property but its so common to see pets and neighbors having more than 1 dog.
