Worst company don’t recommend CMV insurance. Claim adjustor extremely rude don’t investigate automatically assume things.
I have ahd my coverage with them I proved a truck was inoperable and put another truck in service. They said they deleted coverage on the inoperable one but never returned the premium they were paid for up front. And now 3 months later no one including my agent at Assured Partners can seem to give me a straight answer. DO NOT USE THEM... you will pay for a whole year and not get back what most would give you back when a unit is deleted. I should have heeded reviews If I could give zero stars I would
Canal Insurance handled our claim we filed with them for the damage caused to our vehicle by one of their policy holders. Nico Caponey took care of the situation and helped us through the entire process. We received a check for the estimated cost of the repairs as promised including a rental car for the entire time that our car was in the repair shop. I would give them even no star ,worst insurance to deal with,I got accident a week ago someone backed on my truck while Iwas in a dock offloading i communicated with them only for few days then they went mute and the truck was un drivable ,I try email call and leaving the voice mail, no one is responding and I pay them every month, what a worse insurance stay away from this insurance canal insurance I will advise you to pay for something expensive than to deal with this.
This is the most dishonest commercial trucking insurance company I have ever worked with. If you value integrity, communication, fairness, trust, and your MONEY, do not use this company. I agree with many of the reviews here. They will lie and do everything possible to keep your deposit when you terminate service. I will be filing a complaint with every regulating body I can find including TDI, NAIC, and BBB.
