One of the worst insurance companies that you can work with all employee such as Steven adjuster and his boss Michael are clueless and no one is doing their job the way they should. I have claim open over 4 months and lenders and yard and everyone is waiting on them. This has cost me over 15k out of pocket for someone slacking responsibilities. PLEASE LOOK FOR ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY BUT NOT THIS ONE....

Worst insurance company ever! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service! For no apparent reason, it seems they prefer to delay dealing with claims for as long as possible.
Dealing with this insurance company has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They denied a clear, straightforward claim that was 100% caused by their insured and they did so while ignoring evidence, common sense, and basic responsibility. Their adjuster, Lacey Hullett, was consistently dismissive, unhelpful, and acted more like an obstacle than someone handling a legitimate claim. Could not be more disappointed with how Canal has handled the cancellation of my policy for my commercial trucking business. We replaced the policy with 40 days remaining due to a horrible relationship with our agent who was also failing to service our account in a timely manner. Canal has been giving us the run around for about 3 months at this point on over $8,000 in premiums that are owed back to us refusing to refund them because of a filing with the state they have erroneously claimed makes them liable for our insurance... read more
