This is probably one of the worst insurance companies I've dealt with. Anyone looking is better off with Geico, Progressive etc
My experience handling a diminished value claim with Canal Insurance was extremely frustrating. I worked with an adjuster named Mitchell and was advised to obtain a third-party diminished value evaluation to support my claim. I followed that guidance, paid for an independent professional appraisal, and submitted the requested documentation. They cancelled insurance without any reason
Worst company don’t recommend CMV insurance. Claim adjustor extremely rude don’t investigate automatically assume things.
I have ahd my coverage with them I proved a truck was inoperable and put another truck in service. They said they deleted coverage on the inoperable one but never returned the premium they were paid for up front. And now 3 months later no one including my agent at Assured Partners can seem to give me a straight answer. DO NOT USE THEM... you will pay for a whole year and not get back what most would give you back when a unit is deleted. I should have heeded reviews If I could give zero stars I would
