I came from a background of zero knowledge on CrossFit. I was excited to start my journey almost 5 years ago here at Canal Fulton CrossFit. Great community and supportive Coaches! They work with you every step of the way (LITERALLY). To change you must be willing to take that first step and commit to it. Not only are you losing weight, building muscle, or getting physically active but you’re also building relationships and confidence. I highly recommend this Gym Community to anyone.
So happy to have taken a chance and tried this gym. I hadn't worked out in a very long time, and CrossFit was completely new to me. The coaches are great, I always feel supported and encouraged, and I appreciate the small classes and individual attention. I was a little nervous in the beginning thinking that I wouldn't be able to participate in all aspects of each workout, but I quickly learned that basically everything is scalable and modifications can easily be applied to each exercise. Canal Fulton Crossfit is a welcoming community with excellent coaches and workouts! Working out here is the best hour of my day :) I would highly recommend you to check them out!
