I couldn’t have asked for better service, and the carpet looks AMAZING!! And pricing was better than I could have imagined!! Totally recommend!!
Flooring done well by the installers.
Warning. Make sure you take or have "before" pictures of all floors and walls on the same level as the flooring people will be working. There was some wood floor damage in another room from where a new LVT floor was being laid. Since I didn't have pictures of the floor they didn't believe it could possibly come from their flooring team. The flooring team also didn't cut a big enough hole around a toilet valve that it now can only turn a quarter of a turn. I worked with Gavin and his team at Canal Flooring outlet on carpeting for our family home. This past week they did carpeting in 4 rooms. My needs were unreasonable -- they had like a 10 day window to get it all done -- but they exceeded my expectations every step of the way! For starters, Gavin was brilliant in figuring everything out. The plans and estimates were spot on, which paved the way for a successful installation.
