i had a very bad experience with this company, they decided to send me a different part than what i ordered with out asking me first. i had ordered Outdoor camera's and they sent Indoor cameras. i was told that they could not get me the items ordered. They did promptly issue a RMA and i returned the parts the next day. it took 40 days for then to issue me a credit to my credit card and when they did they deducted 5% for a restocking charge. i have complained to them and they say they understand but they would not issue a ref... read more
