I’m extremely disappointed with Point S. I want to start this off by saying we have been very patient and understanding. I get accidents happen, but the way this one was handled is beyond me. I’ve been having issues getting my wheels balanced. We have taken it there at least 5 times with no fix. I was told to bring it back in so they could try it again. I was told my car might have a bad starter. I took it to Gill's for an oil change and possibly to replace the starter. They went over the whole car - starter, brakes, tires, etc - and told me everything was fine. I paid for the oil change and left with new oil and piece of mind. How do you put a price on that? Went in to get a broken bolt removed . Received a call a day later saying “we don’t feel comfortable doing the job” . Valid response due to the area of work so I towed it to the dealership/ auto shop for my vehicle. Within 24 hours and upon putting things into my rental , my military issued bag was stolen along with a plate carrier+ armor plates, IFAK (Individual first aid kit) & AFAK (advanced first aid kid) , military can with 300 rounds of ammunition + 3 magazines were all stolen .
