Went in to get a broken bolt removed . Received a call a day later saying “we don’t feel comfortable doing the job” . Valid response due to the area of work so I towed it to the dealership/ auto shop for my vehicle. I just saw your response and it wouldn't let me respond. It was a 1/2 inch Allen head bolt. I have a video of it. Not just a screw and after just getting them replaced the night before they should have been covered for a brand new tire. No questions or arguments anout it. Not just a patch job. We JUST bought them and then had to argue about while in the hospital trying to recover instead of just taking care of it and being rude about the entire situation instead of just taking initiative and taking care of it for us.
