Absurd return policy, 450$ if you return outside the window. The return window is 8:00AM to 10:00AM, 2 hours?? In a location that sees frequent ferry traffic this is clearly designed to screw you over. And don't believe their spiel about "having to prepare the vehicle for the next person", hotels manage that just fine with 11am checkout and free late check out.
Friendly Service, brand new RV and quick help provided when needed. Same experience with prior trips.
everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a lower priced option renting in April is a much better deal. However you need to consider where you're going to park your vehicle because most campsites don't open until May
I just had the most amazing CanaDream Camper Van experience with Suraj @ the Toronto location. He took all the time ‘I needed’ to explain in depth how everything worked. I met the staff, absolutely lovely people. My Camper is in Mint condition for, I am over impressed. Suraj went above and beyond helping, topping all fluids, washed and gave me all new cords and hoses. I will never forget my CanaDream experience and consider Suraj a friend. !!
