We had a very speedy pick up everything was ready for us when we arrived. Isaiah was super helpful and made pick up a breeze. We look forward to our next rental !
Great service, great team at Brampton Office, everything went well with check-in and -out. But be aware to explain additional equipment or missing or damaged parts. From the insect door the slider was missing; really annoying and no-one told us at check-in.- The mail customer service was also not empathic about it. And the coffeemaker did not work properly because the can was obviously not the original one any more.- And what is crucial: The awnings generally are deactivated! The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The RV (truck and camper) was clean and in excellent condition.
The professionalism at the Toronto store is top notch. Everyone knows their product offerings very well. Each member of the team we interacted with took their time explaining the functionality of the camper van we rented for a month to travel and enjoy Canada's East Coast. The camper van we received was practically brand new, and drove very well. Easy return after a month of camping, too. We really appreciated that. We'll rent from these folks should we wish to go on a camping adventure again. Thank you.
Everything was super cool and very well organised. CanaDream Team is very professional and helpful. Everything is prepared from the beggining to the end efficiently. Prices in CanaDream are almost the highest on the market (especially if you chose to have all options added) but it is worth to do it with such a good company. Thank you CanaDream Team🥇
