Called to get a simple repair. Told them exactly what the issue was. They wanted a $ 475 diagnostic fee to show up. They also wanted a credit card number before they show up. My instinct tells me that this is not the kind of business we would want to use. After telling the receptionist that I was no longer interested due to that, she calls me back 5 minutes later and offers to waive it.
