The technician clearly lacked training. He struggled for hours, damaged my door, and still couldn’t solve the issue. I ended up paying for nothing but frustration.
Prices are constantly increasing, yet the quality is dropping. It feels like they are only interested in profit rather than offering good value. Paying a high amount for such poor service is completely unfair.
