Had my kitchen cabinets done by them and the service was terrible. Had a cabinet door show up damaged and inaccurate measurements given with installation plans so when the contractor installed my cabinets they wound up not lining up. Went back and fourth with them for replacement parts for months and wound up getting ghosted after. On top of that was told a certain time for delivery and wound up about 2 months late which set the whole project back from the start. Terrible experience would certainly not recommended.
We purchased our pool from Adam and couldn’t be happier. He was friendly, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell us. The pool arrived quickly and was up and running right away. Great service, great product — and much more affordable than the competition.
I start my review by only reviewing the kitchen division of this company, not the Canadian hot tub and Leisure division. I could go into great detail, but decided to sum it up in point form. The first point is the lack of communication within this company and the lack of customer follow-up communication . The second point is that they have no understanding of a timeline. Dealt with Adam for our purchase. Very patient with us and a pleasure to deal with. Had Jason set up the hot tub and the service was great. Best price in town. Highly recommended.
