I start my review by only reviewing the kitchen division of this company, not the Canadian hot tub and Leisure division. I could go into great detail, but decided to sum it up in point form. The first point is the lack of communication within this company and the lack of customer follow-up communication . The second point is that they have no understanding of a timeline.
