Arrived from across the country unbelievably fast, shipping cost was very low, very nice quality. If you are buying a Canadian flag for any reason, why wouldn't you buy one made in Canada? The flag and pole kit I bought from Canadiana is so much better than the big box store or US owned web suppliers, I've seen several and Canadiana's is well worth the $. Every home in Canada should have one!
Needed a specific Pride flag last minute and this was the only place within 200km that had it in stock! Torrel was incredibly helpful—responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Prices were great, and they managed to accommodate a rush order for pick-up without any issues. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!
I ordered x4 flags for a quick turnaround and they were able to fulfill the order right on time as promised for pick up. Thank you Torrel for your help in expediting our request and for your timely responses.
Horrible Customer Service. Very unhelpful. $27.80 to ship a flag within the same city (uber is cheaper). Better off buying from China and saving $60 Staff cant be bothered to read emails or support.
