Excellent company
When my furnace broke down during the coldest period of the winter, Canadian Western Mechanical provided me with fantastic service and personal care. They went above and beyond my expectation to secure a new furnace and to install it as soon as possible, even putting me on their 'emergency list' to prioritize installation. Management and staff at Canadian Western Mechanical that dealt with my case were always very friendly and understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC related services.
They installed a new furnace for us in May 2024. Amazing team, very knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend this company.
We’ve had our hot water tank replaced and a Anode replaced with a aluminum rod replaced by Matt He was very quick and respectful and more importantly Matt explained the process I would highly recommend Canadian mechanical for all future work on our home Thanks again Matt and Canadian western mechanical
Was quoted for AC installation and when they came to do the job I was told they can’t do it because it’s “too difficult” and would need to come another time. I was then told they would not be able to do the job for the quoted price and had to turn down the job, but wanted me to be grateful that they will “eat the cost” of the parts they ordered for the job that they weren’t able to do. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.
