I had an amazing experience working with Banking Advisor - Julie Zou at the National Bank branch in Coquitlam. She helped me open my new account and went above and beyond to expedite the issuance of my debit card all within 15 minutes! Julie is incredibly patient, highly efficient, well-organized, and thoughtful. She made the entire process seamless and even offered additional help for any future banking needs. I highly recommend her if you want top-tier, stress-free service!
I fully paid off my car loan, and still over charged my account few times. I came to the branch, the manager wont even talk to me to apologize, give assurance, and resove the problem. The tellers are are 2 senior ladies who are very slow, and made mistakes (one gave me a wrong amount, the other one messed up my payment). The experience was very frustrating.
