I fully paid off my car loan, and still over charged my account few times. I came to the branch, the manager wont even talk to me to apologize, give assurance, and resove the problem. The tellers are are 2 senior ladies who are very slow, and made mistakes (one gave me a wrong amount, the other one messed up my payment). The experience was very frustrating. Good bank
I had an issue with another bank regarding a bank draft needed for a real estate purchase. The issue put my purchase in jeopardy. I'm not even a direct client of CWB but I went in to the tri-cities branch for assistance. Al-Riyaz went above and beyond to sort the issue out and moved mountains to make sure that I could get the bank draft I needed for my down payment. I cannot thank Al-Riyaz and the other employees at this branch enough for their help. They definitely saved me and were very kind and professional throughout. Th... read more
