Absolutely terrible. Today alone.. no call for BOOKED appointment. They lost my money for almost 2 weeks. "Unlimited online banking" is actually basic debit use. Customer service, even worse. Started my account in march... 30 hours on hold trying to figure everything out.. closing account tomorrow. Don't waste your time. ..... I do not want to waste another minute with National Bank.
