This company went downhill fast when CWM took over. And when the Town/Region took over rural garbage collection they kept charging me for 6 months for a service they no longer performed. This is an unethical business charging 6 months for a service not performed.
Have been with the company many years. They often rescheduled service without any notice even no show up. Can not trust them any more. Much disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!
We have been using them since March 2022 after moving from an urban centre (Oakville) to Limehouse in Halton Hills which is rural. It is a change from having Municipal waste disposal but I would say that Cheryl has helped us transition very well. They are generally collecting at 7:30 to 8:30 am on our collection day. Today, I was with a contractor for another project and the truck came earlier than I expected. I waved as the truck went by but they did not see me or any garbage at the curb.
