Very disappointed in this place. I booked an appointment and told them at the time I was bringing my vaccination record. I get there and I'm told I need Hep A vaccine and tetanus, but they have no tetanus on hand. They could have told me when I booked my appointment and given me the opportunity to book in once it was back in stock. But instead I had a wasted trip, totalling almost an hour's worth of driving, wasted gas and parking fee. Also, saw my doctor the following day and she said I definitely DO NOT need the Hep A vacc... read more

Do not use this clinic. Horrible experience. I called to book a TB skin test and was NOT informed at the time of booking I was required to book a follow up 48 hours after to get the results. When I arrived the nurse told me the person who booked me was required to give me this information. Since I was leaving town the text day for work I could not complete my appointment and get my test done in time before work. It was a complete waste of time. I called the phone number and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that was... read more

I had a horrible experience getting travel vaccine advice. The people doing my consult were unprofessional, had no relevant medical experience, knowledge or training and were giving bias misinformation. As a medical professional myself I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic at all cost and going to a trusted center such as Vancouver Coastal Health Travel Clinic where you receive advice from an actual doctor. DO NOT GO HERE!

Don’t bother coming here- you’re better off going to the VCH travel clinic. You will be charged a $70 consult fee for providing information that can be found on the CDC, they did not have common vaccinations required for traveling in stock, but said one of their nurse practitioners could prescribe it to me via telephone call- for an additional $45 fee. This can be done for free via your family doctor or walk in clinic. They also didn’t have common medications such as antimalarial drugs in stock. So essentially you pay the co... read more
