I ordered a bunch of balloons for my daughter's birthday in advance and feel like they were not filled that morning - they were small and droopy and not filled up all the way. Very disappointed considering they were over $40 and I came into the store beforehand to ensure the order was what I wanted.
very bad experience 2 years in a row… Have to go to this PartyCity 2 times to put helium in one balloon ! After 20 minutes balloon went flat
