Very bad experience, especially since it was my first time at this Party City. There was no helium available, which I understand, but I bought a balloon for around $37 and asked the girl for a ribbon. She told me they had rolls there if I wanted to buy the whole thing because they don’t give ribbons separately. The attitude was also very unwelcoming no greeting, no salutation, nothing. Never disappointed. They maintain the same high standards every single visit.
So, so slow to get balloons blown up. Can’t order over the phone, and the website is glitchy to order online.
