If you call customer service you will get conflicting information from different departments. I give up on trying to find answers. I swore I wouldn’t call customer service again but I caved and tried again two days later when I really needed assistance and clarification. After waiting a while, someone answered and said they would double check on my question and put me on hold. Someone called me from this bank while I am at work. I cannot hear what she was saying because of the noise the machines and i am wearing an ear plug. So i keep on asking “you are from what bank because i cannot hear you”. Then suddenly she told me something like this “sorry, i am still talking, let me talk first, okay goodbye” and then I answered her okay bye.
