Booked an appointment to get an oil change. Drop off in AM, Pickup in PM after work. Day ends at 5. Come to get my car. I have 2 rideshare colleagues in the parking lot to make sure everything is fine they are waiting to go back home to Espanola. I have a son in daycare waiting for pickup. I go to the auto door. Shop is closed please use main entrance. Walk all the way to main. All the way from main door to auto counter so essentially back where i started but fair enough. Good service & fair pricing. I would leave 5 stars, however, there were a couple oversights in terms of communication. Granted Nov/Dec is a busy time of year for tire changeovers, and shame on me for not asking, I was not given a quote for the service over the phone. I was not notified when my vehicle was done being serviced. Upon pickup, my vehicle was left unlocked in the parking lot (for several hours). If you are looking to get your tires studded, it is $40/tire.
