They’re very quick to answer the phone and to inspect my car, it happened to be bad news so that sucked but they helped me look at all options and explained the problems really well. Very impressed and would 1000% return should I have car troubles again!
If you want to know why this place gas terrible reviews, call the parts department. What a joke! He answered "hello". I had to ask him if he was a parts guy. He wasn't sure. He kept saying umm. When I raised my voice he said he would get somebody else to help me. I don't think they should be using on the job.
They are all about up selling and less about good reliable work. Had to return 2 weeks later to get additional repairs done, something they didn't do right the first time, yet I still had to pay the initial inspection that confirmed their mistake. Will not return to this location for the service department.
