I brought my Ford Focus to Canadian Tire North Red Deer for some front suspension work and to check out a noise coming from the brakes. I ended up spending around $1,500. They said everything was taken care of, but as soon as I drove the car, the exact same noise was still there. It honestly felt like nothing was fixed. I’ve officially had it with the Canadian Tire at 8 Ave NE, Calgary. I went in two weeks ago to purchase a brand-new set of alloy wheels and tires for my Honda Civic—products I had already carefully selected through their website. But the customer service at this location was absolutely terrible. The person at the tire counter told me the alloy wheels were discontinued, which I could understand—but what I couldn’t accept was the complete lack of effort to help me find alternatives.
