I unfortunately got a nail in my tire so I bought it to them 3 weeks ago. I’ve seen the tire periodically getting flat. I did not think much of it until I decided to bring it to another shop closer to my house. Apparently they only put a plug in it instead of patching it and put in a faulty valve stem. Better off going to another store instead of crappy tire.
Booked a 2:00 PM appointment for a transmission fluid change and arrived on time, expecting the job to be started promptly. After waiting for two hours, I checked on my car at 4:00 PM only to find out they hadn't even started working on it. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told it would be done before 6:00 PM because the mechanics leave at that time.
