Had my van here for over a week with zero updates. Even called on a Saturday and never got a call back. Finally heard mid-week they “couldn’t find anything.” Poor communication. Then tried to charge extra for a “custom alignment”—which makes no sense. Service manager is nothing but argumentative and very unpleasant to deal with. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
If you value your safety, I would not go to this shop for an alignment or any other auto service. I recently had an alignment done after having some front-end work done by another reputable shop. I was quoted 45 minutes to do the alignment, which ended up talking close to 2 hours and 45 minutes. After sitting in their waiting room or stumbling around their store for almost 2 hours I got frustrated and asked what the hell was going on.
