Terrible return policy on Yardworks products!! I purchased a lawnmower for my daughter as a gift for their first home a year and 2 months ago. It had a 4 year warranty, brought it back to CT and was informed we had to take it to Mercer equipment repair shop on Currie drive in Barrie. She was without a lawnmower for over a week without a mower .they told us it was going to be more expensive to fix than it was to replace, and we needed to pay $75 for diagnostic! Wish they would sell more ammo. Being the only place in the north end that has the logistics to do so, I’m sure they are missing a bit of an opportunity. (Even if they don’t want to sell firearms)
This location was the only one that was able to take my car in right away. However, they charge $50 more for a safety check than any other CT autoshop in Ontario. They failed my car that passed the safety check 1 and a half month ago. $600 to replace two front tires. No wonder they are so available. I do not recommend anyone near this place.
the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. they are extremely dirty and smell like straight sewage. all the parts guys are useless as well
