Very well organized store. Pet friendly as well. My dog loves going there. Great service.
I am shocked by the level of customer service I received here. I said I needed a flat tire change, the employee simply looked at me and shook his head without saying a word. Since I had no idea what that gesture meant, I asked, “What, you can’t do it?” He laughed and replied that they were fully booked all week. There was no apology, no offer to book me for the next available appointment, and no attempt to be helpful. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed for simply asking a question.
