Extremely rude reception staff.
Tried to book service with the auto department. The store dosent answer their phone. It will ring for 5 minutes then disconnect. I've called them literally 4 times and disconnected 4 times because no one who works here is trained to answer the phone apparently. I wouldn't trust this location with my car.
Great experience today! Staff were attentive and polite, and checkout was fast even though the store was busy.
