My wife was kind enough to bring my vehicle in and wait for it for a battery replacement and an oil change. When I booked the service, I corrected an old phone number on file with CT, then my wife tried to change # when she dropped car off as my change didn't take. After 30-45 min after everybody in waiting room left, she went to ask when hers would be ready. They advised that they had texted her to pick up the car. Zero for customer service. I called to book my tire change + buy 4 new tires, + possibly rims and the woman who aswered the phone was quite annoyed and told me to book online. I said no and she took my number saying someone would call me during the day to help. Of course no one called. I wouldn't be surprised if she threw my number in the garbage according to the level of her annoyance. Do I even bother to call back or do I go to Costco?
I had to buy some garden supplies last Monday afternoon. Great product selection. The cashier, Olivia, was extremely helpful and friendly.
