They never answer their phones
Went to customer service desk. Two young girls were working and no customers present or in line. I asked if they could search for a receipt from the previous year with purchased with my Canadian Tire credit card which they DO have record of. Nope, they need a 7 day window to search for it.... um could they do multiple searches? Apparently NOT. Woodlawn location WAS able to help. I WILL NOT BE GIVING STONE ROAD LOCATION ANY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE.
