Hardware is ALWAYS disorganized and missing stuff. The lack of humans at the checkout can be frustrating. The tool options are limited to mostly store branded low quality items. Staff is not often knowledgeable about the items in the area (other than sporting goods). The automotive Dept does stuff to your car you didn't ask for wasting time to try to find ways to upsell service. This store has a convenient location. Too bad it's not a Home Depot.
Had some trouble opening the knife display today, and the auto checkout could not print a gift receipt. Not the best customer service today. More training and try again Canadian Tire.
