staff were so polite and helpful
Needed a bearing to repair some equipment. The automotive parts person was fast and helpful. Admittedly they didn't have the part in store, but could get it from their warehouse overnight.
Common theme with service department for low reviews and over charge. Same experience here. I had a tire leaking air and they did a plug and repair in June of 2024. In July of 2025, the same tire was leaking air. I paid again for a plug and repair asking to make sure it was not the first one (it's a permanent fix) and they brushed me off, did not answer my question and proceeded to ask for payment.
