Good luck getting anyone from the service department on the phone. I called twice in two days both time I waited a half an hour and then just hung up because they have no intention of answering the phone.

I went to this store today and I don’t usually go to this location because the service is usually not very good. Though, today I went and I had the absolute best service i’ve ever gotten. I was having some trouble with a purchase and a girl named Alex at the cash helped me out and was so kind and polite. I wish all their employees were more like that.
