Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I had an **11:00 a.m. appointment to have my brakes inspected**. After waiting approximately **three hours**, I was told that they would not bring my vehicle into the shop because of the condition or smell of the interior. I was told that an employee had a sensitivity or allergy and was not comfortable getting into the vehicle.
