I have always enjoyed this location (and the kind and helpful employees). Until tonight. Witnessing the unnecessarily violent actions of the security team towards an individual obviously suffering a mental breakdown was horrifying. Not only were they unnecessarily violent, but they were also fraudulent as they repeatedly claimed to be the 'police'. I had an appointment today for a wheel alignment and when I showed up early to drop of my car, they told me they couldn't do it because the mechanic called in sick. I get that these things happen, but they should have contacted all his appointments for the day so no one would waste their time coming in. I asked if they could check other locations and they said they couldn't and didn't even offer to call on my behalf. After calling myself, I was able to secure an appointment at a different location.
