3 stars. I came to the store specifically for a product that was shown on the Canadian Tire website, only to arrive and be told it was sold out. The employee was polite and actually suggested I look for it on Amazon, which I appreciated, but it’s pretty frustrating to drive to a store based on the website information and then find out the item isn’t available. Canadian Tire really needs more accurate real-time inventory, especially when customers are making a trip specifically for one product.
