Highly disappointed in the customer service I received in the service department. After countless phone calls back and forth to order my tires, and have to keep asking them when they would install them on the rims. Only to find out numerous people had failed to schedule me in their system. I arrived in person and spoke to the service manager Jen. Had a really poor experience here. The maintenance manager Jen was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Will not be going back
Can’t even describe how disappointed I am in the maintenance department. Jenn from maintenance quoted me the wrong price on tires now Christmas is ruined. Can’t even buy gifts for my kids now ….
