Wanted me to leave the rolling cart I needed to carry a product at cash while being disabled. Wasn't offered any help otherwise. how am I stealing if I can't even carry the product? when they steal from my bag, who faces consequences? if its so high theft i dont even trust your staff. Won't be returning again. hire security. even the dollar store respects customers more.
They seem to have improved their inventory levels and now usually have items in stock. Haven't dealt with automotive service dept but cashiers and service desk are good. Recently bought a folding utility wagon from their Outbound house brand. I have owned a few utility wagons this one easily handles some of the complaints I had about previous ones. It is lightweight and strong and the wagon handle stays at 45° angle instead of hitting the ground. Very much improved over previous models.
