Disappointed with the customer service experience. I waited approximately 30 minutes to have balloons filled for my daughter’s birthday. And ended up walking out. During that time, I pressed the assistance button but received no help. Several employees walked past without acknowledging me or offering assistance. It was frustrating, especially when preparing for an important event. I understand stores can be busy, but a simple acknowledgment or update on the wait time would have gone a long way.
