Lack of care to their equipment caused a tire failure on a trailer which then in turn did over 2k of damage to my wife's vehicle. We reached out, explained what happened and were told it would be handled. Great. They wanted a few quotes, sure. So take the morning off of work and get multiple quotes done. Send directly to the President and CEO (Frank) who answers with "I saw it go right under the vehicle." Great you saw the tire come off and did nothing.
