It's been 3 years now, we bought the London SE spa model from Canadian Spa and we're very very disappointed with the quality. A 14 000$ toy and already a pump died and the cover became very very heavy, obviously a lack of insulation. The warranty is over and the pump itself costs 1200$+tx. I've been told it's supposed to last 15 years. They don't give much details in order for competitors not to be able to guaranty a replacement for half of the price. Don't waste your money. I am on my 3rd hot tub in the first 3 years after buying it. (Cambridge model) All 3 were had problems with the acrylic blistering and the second also had a defective circuit board. The acrylic warranty is only 2 years, so I'm stuck with this third one that has the same problem. It keeps getting worse so at some point, it'll be trash. They were awesome when they delivered our spa last week and they had to come back the next day to address some issues that were not their fault. Very fast and we are very happy with how everything was done. It was not easy to remove our old one and I am amazed that they were able to do it as "easily" as they did it. Great service!
The customer service for this company is phenomenal. We got a new tub delivered and the guys were awesome. A month later we had a problem with our lights not working and they answered my service email right away and sent someone out so fast. It turned out to be a problem our electrician likely missed and they still fixed it right up away. Beyond happy with the hot tub and this company.
