Purchased a 220W kit online mid July, received kit, utilized for one week until 20A fuse blew in charge controller. Replaced fused, worked for a short time (2-3 days), now controller is locked and won’t connect/reboot. Reached out Aug 25 for support on replacement, reimbursement, or return, tech support was supposed to reach out, nothing yet. Ordered a new charge controller Aug 31 to hopefully fix this package. I’m hopeful the new controller fixes the problem as it worked well for the very short period that it did work. Hope... read more

I needed a new breaker for my cabin solar setup and these guys had what I needed. They closed before I could get there and I was in a bit of a jam. Kinga offered to bring the part with her into Kelowna after work and meet me when I was on my way out of town. Super grateful that she went out of her way to help me out. Truly appreciated.
