Have been purchasing from this company for a few years, but this transaction in particular was stressful because two of the three items arrived, but “Murphy’s Law” the most expensive item.. the Victron inverter did not arrive. I’m probably overreactive and super dramatic and always think that people are trying to take advantage of me, but Ashley was next level out of control helpful, and even spent his busy day contacting the shipping company to make sure everything arrived as promised!
