My recent purchase of the ADC-T40K-HD went smoothly and the rep how called to confirm the purchase was friendly and awesome. However I wish I knew before hand about having to need and have available for use (if currently not in use) a C-Wire. I found out after looking though the manual and YouTube video how to tell if you have a C-Wire. Ordered some special AV equipment and Eric was super helpful in explaining the different models and configurations before I even placed the order. Once I placed the online order, delivery was super fast, like next morning it was delivered to my door!!! Eric was then able to walk me through the setup over the phone and even gave me tips and tricks on how best to use my new equipment. Highly recommend Canadian Smart Systems.
Excellent consultation and was able to resolve audio issues that we weren't able to do. Palak and Eric were great handling our concerns as we faciliate large scale meetings. Highly recommend if experiencing any audio issues or for large scale events.
Canadian Smart Systems was not only fairly priced but they guaranteed their product and installation and have come quickly to service when we have issues. This is amazing at our busy fitness studio. Definitely recommend!
