I'd give zero stars if it were an option. Unhelpful. Hard to work with. Monopoly on pediatric sleep studies with results being held captive. We do not live in Calgary but REQUIRES us to pick up the forms in person so that we can work with a different clinic. Would not ever recommend but theres no other option for kids.
Front desk staff, confidentially answer questions they no nothing about. Happy to waste your time with smiles and little apology. I've been dealing with them from first location over 10 years, it was great then, the management's changed and so has the standard. Back then the techs answered questions, and if they didn't know they ask the Dr. Now the front desk answers questions regarding mask pick ups, they don't ask the techs. Great technician, Joe. But, the Service was terrible at the front desk in the South. Confused, hard to receive reports, on hold, and just very poor overall!! Also, Raised prices of equip rentals by 50%...
Asked about the Philips recall on my Cpap. They said I have to wait until I get a call.... Recall was in June 2021 and has been linked to 500 deaths, but there is nothing they can do. Was told to just keep using it until they call. Other Sleep Clinics have been replacing the ones they sold their patients. No one with authority wanted to talk to me. Hoping for a call back soon, so I can remove this review.
Got myself recently diagnosed with my sleep issues and I require therapy for my apnea. CPAP has so far been very helpful
