The doctor I saw was great, but holy cow the sales part is so sleezy. Feels like you've been taken my a used car saleaman. You can buy the exact same CPAP for $1500 less at a CPAP store (and the dr can still adjust the pressure for you at your appointments here at the office). They don't give you estimates in time to submit to insurance so I needed up having to pay extra $300 in rental fees. They also gave me a CPAP that triggered my allergies, and I couldn't breathe. The Dr. is good, but front staffs are brutal, both southeast & northeast clinics. Shame on you! No manners at all and respect to the clients. I read most of the negative reviews and they still keep doing same thing.
Money Grab!!! We paid for an in clinic sleep test and paid $1200. When we asked for them to write the severity of our son's diagnosis on the forms for our insurance company they said we would have to pay an additional $60 for that. Why they hell don't they write it the correct way the first time? Seems like their way of getting more money out of you. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Mia is the BEST to deal with!!! She's been incredible to me and helped me through my journey with sleep apnea.... Right the the level 1 sleep study to buying a machine and mask.... SHE'S THE BEST #1...
Avoid this place like the plague! Double the price for a machine than anywhere else. Offer no help. Go elsewhere.
