The technician at SE location is not professional, I find him defensive when you asked a question or looked for a help. And when I asked a question, I found his attitude was impatient. Also, he needs to explain how to use the machine patiently and give reasons!! We all lack of sleep so please be patient with us. Great doctor and great staff. Being at the clinic and watching how people react to the staff I think there is a general problem with the Alberta populace and their lack of empathy and short patience. In short, people are very, very, very dumb.

They only care about taking money from you!! “Doctors” fake caring about you
Terrible clinic. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Front end staff multiple times booked me for appointments at the wrong clinic for the wrong time and would call to cancel my appointment to re schedule on their error. I had a sleep study done that needed to be sent to the hospital for our ENT appointment (the whole reason we went to this clinic) and they never sent it over after 3 separate requests meaning my son needed another sleep study done through the hospital.
