Had to send my family member to ER with a serious concern caused by untrained nurses. Unreliable staff - neglected care. Very poor management! Director of care has no degree in health care. Very poor communication. CEO does not respect staff or family. Submitted a formal investigation into this company! Steer clear of Canadian Shield Health Care Services!!!!
