Do not trust them they are a complete scam and work for the city, will do anything not to pay out even though it was clearly the city’s fault with proof, and refuse to awnser emails for months. They will do everything to cover the city’s negligence and try and blame it on you… if I could I’d give 0 stars. And the worst part is they have no sense for how much they are costing people with their negligence…

Biased works for city hire your own adjuster. Proof was shown and ignored, will not return calls to perlong the delays and sends letters instead of returning your calls.
