The bathrooms have no locks although we were 3 families, windows don’t open, oven and fridge don’t work. Outdated. The carpet was dirty. The rooms were hot, no air conditioning. I’m very disappointed
The chalet is in very bad condition carpet very old and smell fridge and oven not working no lock for the bathrooms rooms very hot no air conditioner and the windows not opening and when I called to complain she didn't show any respond and said feel free to put your review it's not worse what we paid
