Today, I need to tow my car to canadian tire for repairing. I called at 9:00 am. They said that in 1 to 1 1/2 hours, towing will be there. It is almost 2 hours now. Just called them back . They said it would be another one hour wait. When a beautiful sunny day takes 3 hours to get a service , imagine what will be taking during winter time. Unfortunately I must reconsider my membership and will switch to CAA .
Takes 24 hrs for the service to kick in. Terrible for an emergency scenario.

Service at Canadian Tire Road Side assistance is awful..I I have been a member for 15 years...Employees ignore customer concerns and do not messages accurately or cleary...I was left in St. Catharines stranded with a car problem MAY 18, 2019 and they cannot use a Debit Visa Card? What is wrong with this Canadian Company. Thank God for CAA membership..I DO NOT RECOMMEND>.
