Disappointed with the service. Was booked for 150pm for a pelvic ultrasound and had to come in full bladder. Also got a reminder call a day before with the time and instructions. Showed up on time for my appointment and had to sit till 230pm when I asked to cancel/ reschedule my appointment as I could not bear the pain of full bladder and told them I waited long enough since appointment time was for 150pm. Service was excellent and efficient! Booked an xray and was told it would be another week or so for my ultrasound. I arrived at my appointment and both procedures were done with results back to me in less than 1hour. Staff from the front desk, techs and physicians were very friendly and knowledgeable with all my questions and took time to listen to my concerns. Highly recommend!
