This process server is incredibly unprofessional and their head office cannot seem to manage much of anything. I had attempted to communicate with their Calgary Office and sent all the necessary documents for service. It took an entire month of following up to finally hear back that the Calgary Office had shut down. The Head Office refused to answer my calls and not one response from the Calgary Office. The complete lack of communication and professionalism is astonishing.
