I wish I could have enjoyed our stay but I didn’t. The cost of the room was not worth our experience. I made calls to the front desk multiple times asking them to tell our neighbours to please be quiet (after 11pm) because my children unfortunately could not fall/stay asleep with the amount of noise. The location with the view across the harbor is great (even though it was quite foggy when we were there). We were welcomed with warm towels which was a nice refreshment after a day of traveling. From the hotel, you can walk to several restaurants and Cafés in town. Rooms were nice and quite big with a nice terasse but quite pricy.

The location is great. Other than the location the hotel is very basic. Definitely not a 4 star. The bedsheets was all crumpled and did not look as it had been washed or ironed. When we questioned the reception staff she reassured us that they have been washed but not ironed even though we said it didn’t look or feel fresh she did not offer to replace the bedsheets. Photo attached. Also, The hotel has not restaurant or any facility for a meal. If you do arrive late, there is little hope to find food in the area.

The location is ok but sketchy. People doing drugs in parking lot. The staff seemed annoyed with every request. Fridge was broken, all my food went off. No ice. No fire logs. And super noisy. Can hear the people's conversation upstairs. Will not return. Sooooo over priced. Would not recommend when you can go to Black rock for the same price.
