Our room was very musty. Strong smell. There was 'hair' growing out of the fan in the bathroom. On top of that there was a dog next door that would not stop barking.
Beautiful resort, clean rooms and waterfront views. Community kitchen that is well appointed and friendly staff! Great location as well!
It was a terrible experience, to say the least. We booked our room on booking.com, around 330 in the afternoon, the add stated, free cancellation. 2 hours later, we found out, we had to fly back to the mainland, due to a medical emergency in the family. We stopped by the lobby as cell coverage was bad leaving town, and asked for them to cancel the reservation. They refused to refund us our money!! We stayed in a suite, but after 10 PM we were repeatedly warned by reception about noise, even though we were only having normal conversations. The walls are very thin and sound travels easily between rooms. The poor soundproofing and constant interruptions ruined our stay. This place may be more suitable for guests looking for a very quiet environment.
