I have been trying to get my prescription for months from this company and still don't have it or even know whether it has been shipped .On 1/20/26 I spoke with someone who gave me an order number and said the order had been placed (I had already sent them a copy of the Rx with the information requested.) 1/26/26 I called to follow up and submitted more information and was told it should arrive around the second week of February. Google was not allowing me to look up any prescription pills doses, and what they do. Instead, a local drugstore would just pop up.
I received communication from CPD on Dec 20th 2025 (Payment not received) 2) I checked with my credit union and they said check cashed. I sent email to CPD Jan 6th. My Credit Union Naval Federal reports that the cashiers check I sent to you in early December was cashed on December 28th in Account 0203912 (see attached JPEG files). They took my order, asked for payment via bank account, which I did. I assumed it would be ACH debit but they wrote an echeck and submitted to my bank. Two weeks later they informed me they would not be able to fulfill the order. I had to call to request a refund, which you would expect to be automatic when they cancel an order. I was told 3 to 5 business days. It's been 9 days and no refund. And they don't answer calls and don't respond to voice mail or email.
